Terms of use
FrankTally is a scorebook for friendly hotdog contests. These terms apply to your use of the app and this website.
Your account
You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age requirements where you live. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Friendly competition, at your own pace
FrankTally records entries and scores. It does not supervise eating, verify that food was consumed, or provide health advice. Participate voluntarily and within your comfort. Do not use the service to encourage dangerous eating, speed eating, coercion, or other harmful conduct. Contest organizers are responsible for the activities they arrange.
Contest rules and scores
Organizers choose contest dates, visibility and scoring modes. Entries may be pending, challenged, rejected, withdrawn or adjusted according to the contest controls. Opening totals may reflect activity recorded before the contest. Standings may remain provisional while reviews are open. FrankTally does not offer betting or guarantee prizes or the outcome of private arrangements between participants.
Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you submit. You grant Frontridge Media permission to host, store, resize, display and process that content as needed to operate FrankTally and share it according to the contest’s settings. Only upload material you have permission to use and share. Do not post private information about others without their consent.
Acceptable use
Follow the community guidelines. Do not harass others, upload unlawful or abusive material, impersonate someone, manipulate records, access another person’s account, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. Report problems through support.
Service changes and access
We may change features, perform maintenance, or restrict accounts or content to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements. We aim to provide a useful service, but do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free records or permanent availability. You may stop using FrankTally at any time and request account deletion.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Public and private contests have different visibility. Consider who can join before sharing content or personal details.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
